Challenge for 2015
For the whole of 2015 - take an empty jar...
now start to fill it with notes about the good things that happen to you through the year.
If you find you need a bigger jar then please ask Jim Borthwick (The Sweet Shop, Peebles) for a large empty sweet jar!
The aim is to bring are full/filling jars to church at the end of 2015 or beginning 2016 as way of giving thanks together....watch this space!

Peeblesshire Food Bank
The Peeblesshire Food Bank is open!
Operating from the industrial estate at Cavalry Park, Peebles.
Open: Tuesdays 10am - 1pm;
Fridays 12midday - 3pm.
It is a Trussell Trust Foodbank and operates on a referral basis by vouchers issued by approved organisations.
It would be delighted to accept gifts of any of the following food items:-
Milk (UHT or powdered); Fruit juice (carton); Pasta sauces; Tomatoes (tinned); Rice pudding (tinned); Instant mashed potato; Tinned meat/fish; Jam; Sugar (500g); Soup; Spong pudding (tinned); Cereals; Tea bags/instant coffee; Rice; pasta; Tinned fruit; Biscuits or snack bars
Gifts of food can be left in the box at the back of the church.
